Is there a fee for delivery?

Yes, for each order placed, there is a $10 delivery fee. If you can, we encourage customers to stock their freezers with our meals, to reduce the number of deliveries, thus paying less on delivery fees.
How Does Order/Delivery Work?

Orders should be placed on Friday, by the end of the day, and your order will be delivered the following Wednesday between 9am-6pm. Orders are delivered in cooler bags with ice packs, so no need to be home for your delivery. Please keep your cooler bag and leave outside to be picked up on your next delivery day.

Is there a monthly commitment?

We do not require a commitment or offer any types of subscriptions. We want our customers to have the flexibility of trying our meals, and ordering the amounts needed on their own timeline.

Can your meals be frozen?

ABSOLUTELY! Our meals are all made fresh, with local ingredients, then frozen and delivered to your doorstep. This way you can stock your freezer with delicious and healthy meals,
How long do the meals last?

From the time your order is delivered, your meals will last up to 2 months in your freezer.
Is your food spicy?

We understand that some people do not like spice, so all of our meals are made to be mild. You can always add your own spice :)
Do you offer Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Keto, etc. meals?"

Some of our meals do fit these various diets, but all of our meals are made in the same kitchen with the same pans and appliances. If there is a very serious allergy, we recommend trying a different meal service.

Our Kyndra's Kitchen TABLE Menu changes weekly, and each menu offers 3-5 meals in individual servings. Offering weekly meals allows us to change with the seasons, making our meals with the freshest ingredients possible.
Can I make substitutions to my KK Fresh order?

Please do! We want to make sure that you get exactly what you'd like. We may not always be able to omit an ingredient, but please don't be afraid to ask!
